I really enjoyed the room with a king bed, the bed was comfortable. A microwave oven and a fridge were a plus.

The room was comfy with 2 queen sized beds, we had a good rest. Location: the hotel was not far from many restaurants, coffee shops, the theater and nature and the theater. Moreover, Grace Episcopal Church was within walking distance of the place.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location near major highways and easy access to local attractions. The front desk clerk warmly greeted me upon arrival and quickly checked me in, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The room I stayed in was cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a well-functioning bathroom with excellent water pressure.

In the morning, I headed to the breakfast area and although the overall selection was average, the pancake machine was a delightful treat.

holiday inn express in utica exceeded expectations during our stay seeing the northern lights. the brand-new hotel was clean, convenient , and the staff were helpful and friendly. it had everything we needed, including a guest laundry to clean up after a day at the diamond mines. zero complaints.

The hotel was clean with very friendly staff at reception desk. The location was convenient, adjacent to 2 restaurants, and Utica on the way to Boston, in a very accessible area. In a hurry we visited Mcdonald's nearby.
